1. Caffeine Trouble:

  • Drinking lots of tea can make you feel jittery and anxious because of the caffeine. It might even mess with your heart or make it hard to sleep.

2. Iron Problems:

  • Tea has something called tannins that can stop your body from soaking up iron, which could make you feel really tired and weak.

3. Stained Teeth:

  • Tea can stain your teeth over time, making them look not-so-nice.

4. Risk of Dehydration:

  • Tea can make you pee more, which might leave you feeling really thirsty and dehydrated if you don’t drink enough water.

5. Upsetting Your Tummy:

  • If you have stomach problems like acid reflux or IBS, tea might make them worse and leave you feeling pretty uncomfortable.

Conclusion:

Tea can be yummy, but drinking too much can lead to some not-so-fun problems. Remember to enjoy it in moderation and listen to your body if it’s telling you to slow down.
